Care: Wash gently with mild soap and water after each wear. Air dry completely before re-applying the plastic sheets.

Start with clean, completely dry skin without lotion, oil, powder, or perfume. Place each insert low and toward the outside of your breast, then lift your breast inward and upward as you press the insert securely into place. Attach your fitted clothing or bra to the outward-facing adhesive.

Hand wash after wearing using lukewarm water and a small amount of gentle soap. Gently clean the adhesive surfaces with your fingers, rinse thoroughly, and squeeze out any excess water. Allow them to air-dry.
Once completely dry, replace the original protective plastic sheets over the adhesive. Store the inserts flat in a clean, dry place away from dust and debris.
